Travel insurance policy number and contact information
Driver’s license/International Driving Permit
Copies of all travel documents (insurance, accommodation, proof of returning flights) printed and stored in hand luggage

2. Bookings & Confirmations

Flights, accommodation, transfers & tours confirmed
Check-in completed
Travel itinerary saved & shared with someone at home

3. Financial

Local currency/exchanged money
Travel money card or credit cards
Notified bank of international travel
Budget set for daily expenses

4. Technology & Communication

International roaming enabled or local SIM arranged
Maps and apps downloaded (Google Maps, language translator, currency exchange etc)
Charges, power banks, travel adapter

5. Health & Safety

Travel vaccinations (if needed)
Prescription medications
Emergency contact list
Register with government travel advisory (case specific)
